    Mohamed Khussan, 
    Managing Director

    Khussan brings extensive experience in tourism development, infrastructure, and regulatory compliance in the Maldives. Former Senior Policy Director at the Ministry of Tourism, he has shaped key regulations and overseen large-scale hospitality projects. With an MSc (Distinction) in International Development Management and a First-Class BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering, he combines technical expertise with policy insight to drive sustainable, compliant developments.

    Ibrahim Fikree, 
    Environment & Tourism Development Specialist | Sustainability Advocate | GIS Practitioner

    With over 20 years of experience in environmental management and sustainable tourism, Fikree has served as Director at the Ministry of Tourism and as a consultant to major national organizations. He is proficient in GIS (ArcGIS Pro, QGIS) and specializes in disaster risk reduction, EIA evaluations, and ecological surveys. His work reflects a lifelong commitment to balancing development with environmental stewardship.

    Ismail Giyaas, 
    Environmental Consultant

    An EPA-registered consultant with more than a decade of expertise, Giyaas specializes in EIAs, marine and terrestrial surveys, and climate resilience. He has led environmental studies for resorts, harbours, and waste facilities, while managing international adaptation projects with USAID, UNESCAP, and the Government of Italy. He is also a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver.
